These terms cover this pre-launch page only — the website, the waitlist form, and the estimate calculator. Practice Makes, the product, is not yet available, so these terms don't cover using the product itself. A separate terms of service will apply once it launches.

What this page is

A place to learn what Practice Makes is building and to join a list to be notified when early access opens. Nothing on this page is a binding offer, a contract to deliver software by any date, or a guarantee of pricing, features or availability.

The estimate calculator

The numbers it shows are estimates built from what you type in, using today's published plan prices. They are not a quote, an invoice, or a promise of savings. Your actual costs and results, if you become a customer, may differ. The calculator runs entirely in your browser — see our Privacy Policy for what that means for your data.

Joining the waitlist

By submitting the form, you're asking us to email you about early access and related updates. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing hello@practicemakes.co. Joining the waitlist doesn't reserve pricing, a start date, or any specific feature set.

No warranty

This page, its content and the calculator are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We work to keep the pricing shown here current, but it can change before launch.

Changes

We may update this page, these terms, or the plans and prices referenced on it as the product gets closer to launch. We'll post the current version here.

These are plain terms for a pre-launch waitlist, not the terms of service that will govern the live product — those will be more complete and will be reviewed by counsel before launch.
