Practice Makes LLC ("we," "us") is not yet open for business. This page exists to let people interested in the product join a waitlist and, when we build it, try an estimate calculator. This policy covers only what happens on this page — the full product, once launched, will carry its own, more detailed privacy policy covering client records, telehealth and billing data.

What we collect

If you use the waitlist form, we collect:

Your name (optional)
Your email address (required, so we can contact you)
What kind of practice you run, if you tell us

The cost-estimate calculator on this page runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into it — what you pay now, your hours, your hourly rate — are never sent to us or anyone else. The image it can generate for you is also built entirely on your device and downloaded straight to your computer.

What we don't collect

Nothing else. No client or patient information, no payment details, no browsing history across other sites, and no data sold to anyone.

Why we collect it

Solely to email you when early access opens and to understand, in aggregate, what kinds of practices are interested. We do not use your information for anything beyond that.

Where it goes

Waitlist submissions are processed by a third-party form service (for example Formspree or a similar provider) that forwards them to our inbox. We don't control that provider's own infrastructure, but we don't ask it to do anything with your data beyond deliver it to us.

How long we keep it

Until we either launch and invite you, or you ask us to delete it, or a reasonable time passes without activity on our part. We won't keep waitlist emails indefinitely once they've served their purpose.

Your choices

Email hello@practicemakes.co at any time to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll act on that request without asking you to jump through hoops.

This is a plain-language policy for a pre-launch waitlist, not a substitute for legal advice. Before the full product launches — and certainly before it handles any client, patient or health information — this policy will be replaced with a complete one, reviewed by counsel, covering data processing agreements, business associate agreements and the rest.
